New Youth Academy Facilities Officially Opened

Adhyaksa FC took a monumental step towards securing its long-term future this week with the official opening of the brand-new, state-of-the-art Adhyaksa Youth Academy Center in Banten. The grand ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by club directors, local dignitaries, first-team coaching staff, and senior squad members.

The academy features three full-sized hybrid pitches (constructed to strict FIFA standards), an indoor tactical dome for all-weather practice, a massive cutting-edge sports science and physiotherapy clinic, and high-performance weight-training gyms. Additionally, it integrates residential dormitories for over 60 young prospects, ensuring proper nutrition, schooling support, and holistic development.

The club's head of youth development spoke on how this shifts the paradigm for youth football in Indonesia, offering a direct, professional path from under-13 levels all the way into the senior professional squad. Coaching programs will be overseen by certified coaches trained in modern football philosophy.
